How to get to North Cyprus?

There are two international airports in South and North Cyprus.

You can travel to South Cyprus and then head to North Cyprus via car or taxi in less than half an hour (you require a valid Schengen visa to enter south Cyprus and other EU countries). You can also travel directly to Ercan Airport in the North through a transit flight through Turkey.

There are no Bus services available to the North from the south of the island, although car rental companies in North Cyprus have taxi services in Larnaca to get you to the north.
From Ercan Airport in Lefkosa, there are buses that go to various cities in the North.
Larnaca International Airport in South Cyprus is a transportation hub for flights from airports all around the world.
To enter North cyprus via lancara (entering via EU) you must have an EU passport or valid Schengen visa. Otherwise, it may be easier to reach north through Ercan Airport (Lefkosa) in the North using a transit flight that stops in Turkey (suggested method for Iranian travelers). There are no visa requirements for any visitor to North Cyprus, and a 90-day visa is issued to all nationalities at the Ercan airport or borders.
